Wheelyboat refresher session

This session will be a chance for people to practice handling the Wheelyboat in the company of a Powerboat Instructor, but without any sailors on board. The session will look at boat handling, mooring (for loading) and any other areas of Wheelyboat handling which participants want to practice.
